Making A Purchase
Add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order securely.
We accept card payments through our payment gateway, we accept Visa / Delta / Electron / MasterCard / Eurocard / Maestro / or bank payments. We do not accept American Express.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping basket, contact us and we will correct it for you.
Card fees:
We waiver any transaction fees we incur when you place an order but for any cancelled orders through change of mind or no fault of ours, payments from International cards will incur the costs of any transaction fees we have been charged. This is due to elevated fees we incur from Card payment processors and we do not receive these back when you cancel your order / change your mind. If you would like to know what these fees are prior to cancellation, please get in touch and we will be happy to inform you before you make your final decision.
Stock levels are not shown on our website but we do carry most items in stock. If your order is urgent, please check with us prior to ordering that we have the item(s) in stock and that we can send immediately or if we are waiting for stock to arrive.
When you receive an email confirming your order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error;
Our prices are reviewed periodically. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, without notification. We have included this term to protect us in case we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the new price is acceptable and to take additional payment where required.
International Orders (Goods Sent Outside the UK)
From 1st January 2021, if goods are being sent outside of the United Kingdom, import duties, taxes, customs charges, and/or handling fees may be applied once the goods reach their destination country.

The recipient is wholly responsible for paying any such charges before the courier delivers the goods.

Couriers normally require these charges to be settled before delivery.

We are not responsible for these charges, do not calculate or estimate them, and cannot advise on likely costs. You are strongly advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details.

Goods may be inspected on arrival at the port for customs purposes. We cannot guarantee that the packaging will be free from signs of inspection or tampering.

As the purchaser/recipient, you are the importer of record and must ensure your purchase complies with all laws and regulations in your country. Please note that UK consumer protection laws may not apply once the goods have been exported.

If any duties, taxes, or fees are billed back to us because the recipient failed to pay them, we will issue an invoice to the recipient for the full amount plus any reasonable administration fees incurred.

If charges remain unpaid and the goods are returned to us, we will refund the cost of the goods only. Shipping fees, return costs, or any customs charges incurred will not be refunded.

We cannot accept liability for any delay, loss, damage, or additional costs resulting from the recipient’s failure to pay these charges.
Shipping And Handling
Delivery Schedule: We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Items in stock are usually dispatched next day, we aim to dispatch within 3 days.
You must inform us within two working days of expected receipt if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. All goods MUST be checked upon delivery. Any damage to packaging or contents MUST be noted on the delivery note upon receipt, stating damage or that the items are unchecked. If there is any damage to the goods and you did not notify the courier of the damage upon receipt of delivery, then we may not be able to claim for the damage with our delivery agent and in turn may not be able to refund you.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If we have ordered parts in for you and you cancel your order before shipment then we may incur cancellation fees from our suppliers, in which case we will have to deduct these fees from any refunds made to you.
Tax Charges: All prices on Our Site show prices without VAT. The VAT rate for UK customers only is 20%, VAT will be shown on your invoice; for non-UK customers there will be no VAT added.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, our WorldPay Payment Gateway ensure that credit card numbers and your information are protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available).
Guarantee: All our products are supplied by UK based wholesalers and carry the relevant guarantees.

Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will accept any stock items for an exchange or refund, excluding carriage, provided that the items are returned within 7 days, unused and in their original condition. Any packaging i.e. Boxes must also be in the same condition as when received and manufacturer's tags still attached if applicable (This does not affect your statutory rights). Any items returned from outside of the UK may incur duties/custom fees, should this happen then we will deduct these charges from your final refund and you will not be refunded for the original shipping costs incurred in delivering the order to you initially.
Incorrectly ordered goods, or stock items returned may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Non stock/special ordered items may not be returned unless specifically agreed by ourselves beforehand and may also be subject to a 20% handling charge or whatever cost we incur from our supplier, whichever is the greater. You will be responsible for paying the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with an alternative item, we will charge carriage on the replacement.
If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, please inform us within 24 hours. We will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge. Packages should be returned via tracked delivery methods and proof of posting.
All goods MUST be checked upon delivery. Any damage to packaging or contents MUST be noted on the delivery note upon receipt, stating damage or that the items are unchecked.
Refunds or exchanges cannot be issued for items that are damaged but not declared as damaged when received.
Refunds for returned orders will be processed once we have received your goods back with us and they have been checked they are in a re-saleable condition. Please ensure you return using a tracked postal/courier method.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder
