Making A Purchase
Add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order securely.
We accept card payments through our payment gateway, Card Save and Paypal, we accept Visa / Delta / Electron / MasterCard / Eurocard / PayPal Top Up Card / Maestro / or bank payments. We also accept Paypal transactions.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping basket, contact us and we will correct it for you.
When you receive an email confirming your order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error;
Our prices are reviewed periodically. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, without notification. We have included this term to protect us in case we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Delivery Schedule: We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Items in stock are usually despatched next day, we aim to despatch within 3 days.
You must inform us within two working days of expected receipt if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges: For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, our Worldpay and PayPal Payment Gateways ensure that credit card numbers and your information are protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available).

Returns Policy If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will accept any stock items for an exchange or refund, excluding carriage, provided that the items are returned within 7 days, unused and in their original condition. Any packaging i.e. Boxes must also be in the same condition as when received and manufacturer's tags still attached if applicable. (This does not affect your statutory rights)
Incorrectly ordered goods, or stock items returned may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Non stock/special ordered items may not be returned unless specifically agreed by ourselves beforehand and will be subject to a minimum 20% handling charge or whatever cost incurred by our supplier, whichever is the greater. You will be responsible for paying the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with an alternative item, we will charge carriage on the replacement.
If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, please inform us within 24 hours. We will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge. Packages should be returned with 'proof of sending'.
All goods MUST be checked upon delivery. Any damage to packaging or contents MUST be noted on the delivery note upon receipt, stating damage or that the items are unchecked.
Refunds or exchanges cannot be issued for items that are damaged but not declared as damaged when received.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder
